Parametric buildings, flat/gable roofs, rooftop equipment & site paving.
Vents, RTUs, exhaust hoods and curbs sit on the active section’s roof. Drag them on the roof in the view, or fine-tune below. Best on a flat roof.
Cut a wall to a partial height. Enter how much wall exists, measured from the ground up or from the top down. The rest of that wall opens up. Applies to the exposed (non-merged) part of each side.
Openings apply to the active section. Openings on deleted walls are hidden, not lost.
Click two points and enter the real distance between them. Every measurement in the scene — shell fields, dimensions, ruler — is then shown in that scale. The model on screen doesn't move; only the numbers change to match what you entered.
Click a first point, then a second, and the measurement locks in and stays. Points land exactly where your cursor is on any visible surface.
Downspouts, wall lights, conduit and electrical panels mount on the active section’s walls. Pick a type, then choose which wall side it sits on and slide it along that wall. Drag it on the wall in the view too.
Wall-attached projections over entries and storefronts. Pick a style, choose the wall side, then slide it along the wall and set its height, width and how far it projects. Drag it on the wall in the view too.
Ground-level site equipment that sits anywhere on the site, independent of buildings. Pick a type to drop one at the center, then drag it on the ground to place it, or fine-tune below.
Add parking lots, sidewalks, and concrete or asphalt pads. Click a type, then drag a rectangle on the ground. Fine-tune size & position below. Drag any pad in the view to move it.
No paving yet. Pick a type above to start drawing.
Drop a drone orthomosaic on the ground, then scale and slide it so the existing buildings in the model land on their real footprints.
Drop a 3D site mesh (.glb / .gltf) from Metashape as a background, then scale and slide it to line up with the model. Decimate to ~1–2M faces with an 8192 texture for best results.
Simulate real sun position for accurate shadow studies. Set where north is and where the site is, then scrub the time of day.
Frame all re-centers the camera and zooms out until every building fits in view โ a quick way to get un-lost after panning or zooming in close. It doesn't change your model, just where you're looking from.
Saves nine PNGs from set viewpoints โ the four corners, front, back, and both ends โ plus a top-down aerial, each framed on the whole site. Good for a quick submittal set.
Changes also autosave to your personal storage every few seconds, and restore next time you open the app.
Live pipeline log. Every ortho-loading step, plus any runtime error, is timestamped here.
